By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The Seller offers for sale hand-drawn animal drawings on paper. The characteristics of the products are described on the Seller's website.

Orders and Delivery

Reservation of Ownership

The products remain the property of Ninon COBERGH until full payment of the price.

Delivery

  • Products are delivered to the address indicated during the order.

  • Delivery times are indicated on the website.

  • In case of delay, the Customer may cancel the order.

  • The Customer is responsible for any damage to the product after delivery.

 

Right of Withdrawal

  • The Customer has 14 days to withdraw from the purchase without justification.

  • The product must be returned in its original condition.

  • The Customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

 

Claims

  • The Customer may present any claim by contacting the Seller.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

  • The acquisition of a work of art does not give the buyer any rights of representation, distribution, or reproduction.

  • The artist retains all rights to the work.

 

Force Majeure

  • The Seller is not liable for any delay or failure to perform due to force majeure.

 

Modification of the Contract

  • Any modification of the contract must be in writing and signed by both parties.

 

Data Protection

  • The Customer has the right to access, modify, and delete their personal data.

  • The Customer consents to the collection and use of their data for the purpose of the contract.

  • The Customer may unsubscribe from email marketing at any time.
